Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with third party debt collectors and solicitors
- Responding to queries and advising solicitors on clients where required
- Issuing escalation letters, preparing files to send to solicitors and request statements where necessary
- Recognising accounts that require escalation and chasing high value lost debt
- Set up payment plans
- B2B collections
- Updating the payment tracker
- Monday to Friday - 9 - 5
Profile
Successful candidate will possess:
- Worked in a similar background before
- Basic level of legal understanding
- Excel proficient
- Self stater and ability to work alone
- Adaptable to changing situations with the business
- Basic level of numeracy
Job Offer
Salary up to £28000 per annum + 22 days holiday (banks on top) with additional to buy 5 more + free on site parking + pension + private healthcare.
