Legal Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer

Absolute Executive Search are looking to appoint a Legal Recruitment Consultant or Resourcer into their established Legal Team.
This is a fantastic and unique opportunity to join an Executive Search Firm where you will proactively headhunt for Senior level candidates within the Legal sector.
Your role will focus on candidate attraction so you will need to demonstrate strong research ability to help find the best talent within the market.
Experience within Legal recruitment is essential.
Duties & Responsibilities:-
Build, grow and maintain relationships with all candidates.
Identify and utilise search/headhunting techniques to attract the best candidates to the market.
Manage the recruitment process using a consultative approach throughout, from introduction to interview.
Advertise all vacancies on appropriate job boards and social media.
Manage the candidate application and registration process.
Identify new Clients.Full time - 40 hours per week
This is a fully remote position working from home.
You will be supplied with all IT equipment, mobile and access to job boards.
