Legal SecretaryTemporary Contract £18:00-£20:00 per hour We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced temporary Conveyancing Secretary to join a small firm of Solicitors located in North West London, Mill Hill. The successful candidate will provide essential secretarial support to a Partner, ensuring smooth and efficient operations during a temporary period.This position a 4-6 week temporary cover and will be worked Monday-Friday, 9.30am-5pm.Key Responsibilities:-Preparing and managing conveyancing documents and correspondence.- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.- Handling telephone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.- Managing and updating client files and records.- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.- Dealing with Land Registry and land Registry searches online- SDLT knowledge essentialQualifications:-Proven experience as a Conveyancing Secretary/PA-Excellent knowledge of conveyancing procedures and documentation.-Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.-Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and conveyancing software.This is a great position for a Legal Secretary/PA with a background in conveyancing to take on a temporary contract which is for an immediate start.
