Legal Secretary / Pa - Temporary

Our client, a well-established legal practice renowned for expertise in commercial law, is seeking a highly experienced Legal Secretary to join their Central London team on a temporary basis.

In this role, you will hit the ground running and support the firm with all secretarial tasks, including diary management, scheduling of meetings, minute taking, and document preparation.

Days:

• First 2 weeks - Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday (handover)
• Second 2 weeks - 5 days in office

Hours: 9am-5pm ?

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Central London, in office (closest tube is Chancery Lane)

Pay: £17 per hour

Duties

• Arranging meetings
• Diary Management
• Minute taking
• Preparing, typing, and filing legal documents such as wills & contracts
• Managing correspondence
• Responding to client enquiries

Skills & Experience

• Prior experience as a Legal Secretary crucial
• Experience using Microsoft and using various systems
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Time management and problem solving
• Ability to hit the ground running
