Legal Secretary - hybrid working 50%
This wonderful Legal Secretary position sits within the Commercial Property team. The ideal candidate is expected to have commercial property experience and would have previously supported fee earners and partners to a demanding level.
The wide variety of tasks as a Legal Secretary would be:
- Diary management (including arranging meetings, calls, video calls, travel and lunches),
- Building relationships with clients and internal contacts on behalf of the team
- Assisting with meeting preparation on behalf of fee earners,
- Organising documentation and locating, drafting and engrossment.
- Support fee earners and partners with BD activities including involvement in the preparation of pitches and presentations.
- Event planning
