The Firm
A prestigious multinational law firm who are experiencing a lot of exciting growth in London and wants to hire a brand-new Recruitment Manager to lead in lateral recruitment as they enter this time of growth.
The role
A brand-new role for the firm due to a lot of exciting changes. The new Legal Recruiting Manager will manage all areas of fee earner recruitment in London as the London office looks to grow tremendously in the next 2 years.
The Legal Recruiting Manager will liaise with specialist agencies as well as direct source legal talent for the London office of this esteemed law firm.
With support from the Director of Administration and experienced Recruitment Coordinator, the Legal Recruiting Manager will make the lateral recruitment function their own and will bring in fresh ideas and legal knowledge to support with the growth of the London office from the ground.
What do you need?
You need to be a Legal Recruitment Manager who has worked internally in a law firm.
You’re an incredibly strong relationship builder and can also manage and coordinate a team.
You must be experienced in working in a demanding environment with high volumes of recruitment at all levels on the fee earner side.
