Finance Manager (Russian Speaking)

Role: Finance Manager

Location: Oxford Circus/Piccadilly Circus, Soho, London

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

Language Requirement: Fluent in Russian

I have partnered with a client who are seeking a Finance Manager to join them on a full time permanent basis. They own a well renowned restaurant chain in London that provides luxury dining.

Due to growth and developments in the team, they are looking to add an experienced, Russian speaking Finance Manager who will be able to take leadership of the finance department, working closely with the upper management to continue the existing success of the hospitality chain.

Role Responsibilities:

• Cash flow management
• Preparing monthly management accounts, forecasts and budgets
• Create and distribute financial reports for the business
• Manage and maintain payroll for the business’s employees
• Complete VAT submissions and ensuring everything is accurately submitted
• Work with upper management, aiding business strategies from a financial prospective
• Preparation of annual accounts and financial statements, working with external businesses when required
• Involvement in business planning
• Reviewing the process of accounts payable, invoicing, and ledgers when necessary

Requirements:

• Fluency in Russian
• Fully qualified, chartered accountant – ACCA or CIMA
• Proven professional experience working in a busy finance department
• Experience with Sage 50
• Previous experience of managing and maintaining a company profile
• Ability to communicate effectively with upper management, confidence in discussing business decisions from a financial prospective.
• High attention to detail and organisation
• An understanding/love for the hospitality sector

Other information:

• Starting salary up to £60,000
• Location: Near Soho, accessible from Oxford Circus, Piccadilly Circus
