My client, an established law firm in Bakewell are looking for a Legal Secretary to support their conveyancing and probate department.
The role:
· Typing and audio transcription (letters, drafting deeds, documents, phone/attendance notes etc.)
· Photocopying/scan
· Data entry (Excel spreadsheets) and into Case Management System
· Assisting fee earners on spections, potentially taking over these in due course
· Carrying out electronic verification of ID and AML searches
· Using the HM Land Registry portal
Required Skills and Qualification
· Law Degree
· Good communication skills, verbal and written
· Confidentiality must be maintained at all times
· Accuracy and attention to detail
