An exciting opportunity has come up for a secretary to our join top legal client on a permanent basis. The position will be based full time in the office near the Bakewell area. Key duties to include:
- Providing general administrative support to Partners.
- Liaising with clients via phone, email and in person.
- Completing filing and copy typing tasks.
- Maintaining internal administration system.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a secretarial/administrative role.
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills.
- Sufficient using Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Organised and able to prioritise tasks.
- Polite and efficient.
