Legal Secretary.

The Recruitment Co. are delighted to be hiring a Legal Secretary for our prestigious client in Fife.

Location: Fife
Salary: From £24,000 per year.
Contract: Permanent
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday.
Duties:

• Managing and maintaining files, including opening and closing files, file organisation, and file management.
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence, including contracts, letters, and emails.
• Providing excellent client care.
• Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other professionals.
• Conducting legal research and preparing reports.
• Providing general administrative support to the conveyancing team.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent phone manner.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with conveyancing processes and procedures.
