Cranleigh - Office Based
Overview:
A well- established Surrey based law firm with an excellent local reputation are recruiting an experienced Legal Secretary to join their small busy team based in Cranleigh.
You will be providing full secretarial support with excellent knowledge of the residential property process including but not limited to; carrying out searches, producing completion statements and assisting generally with pre and post completion work.
Daily duties include:
- Production of accurate and timely correspondence.
- Contributing to the management of client files.
- Assisting with the smooth running of the client transaction.
- Contributing to the overall conveyancing cycle and having the ability to produce various documents without assistance.
- Liaison with clients and third parties by telephone or in person ensuring delivery of exceptional client service.
Skills/ Experience:
- Legal Secretary experience preferably within Residential Property
- Excellent knowledge of the conveyancing cycle
- Audio transcription skills
- Fast accurate typing ability
- Experience of using case management system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Very well organised
- Friendly & professional attitude
- IT literate - Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook/ Digital Audio software
