My client, a well known law firm in Stafford, is looking to recruit a Legal Secretary to join their business on a permanent basis.
Your new role
Duties will include:
- Audio typing with a good understanding of Word
- Administration of files on our Case Management System
- Taking calls from new and existing clients and making calls to existing clients
- Arranging appointments
- Preparation of incoming and outgoing post and emails
- Liaising and assisting other team members
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will need to be a proven Legal Secretary with recent experience.
What you\'ll get in return
- You will be working for a top law firm in Stafford.
- Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (lunch break 1pm - 2pm)
- Paying circa £25,000
