Legal Secretary

Our client, a well-respected law firm in Sutton, are currently looking for Private Client Legal Secretary to join their highly regarded team.

The firm has earned a strong reputation in the local area over the years and are now looking for an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary to join them and bolster their team, supporting the Solicitors with their high-net-worth caseload by dealing with all admin and secretarial duties. The team and wider firm pride themselves on having a friendly, yet professional culture.

What does the opportunity consist of?

Due to an expansion purposes, this firm are able to offer an opportunity for a Private Client Legal Secretary to join them, taking on a senior position and be an integral part of the team. The successful candidate will work alongside multiple fee earners in the department, providing extensive admin support and dealing with a vast variety of Private Client matters to include Estate Administration, Wills, and Lasting Powers of Attorney. This role would suit someone who enjoys the role of a Legal Secretary and is looking for the next step in their career.

The salary on offer is between £27,000-£32,000 per annum and the role is office based 5 days per week. This being said, if some level of flexibility is needed there is scope for a conversation around hybrid working.

What's needed for me to be considered?

• The ideal candidate will have at least 3 year experience working in a law firm as a Legal Secretary
• Experience working in a Private Client is desirable although not essential, the firm will consider any Legal Secretarial background
• You should have a good client manner and professional yet empathetic tone
• Fast and efficient work ethic and able to work to tight deadlines
• Organised with good time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
