If you are a Legal Secretary with experience of conveyancing and probate then this role with a progressive firm of solicitors will really suit you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing extensive secretarial and administrative support to Partner for team of solicitors
- Dealing principally with residential property and probate cases
- Managing busy diary schedule, arranging client meetings and preparing required paperwork
- Dealing with clients both in person and on the telephone and providing and excellent service
- Completing required searches utilising computerised Land Registry system
- Opening files for new clients and completing required compliance checks
