Hays are privileged to be working with a well known legal organisation with a strong reputation across the West Midlands as they look to recruit four Legal Secretaries for multiple sites across Worcestershire.
Your new role
You'll be responsible for providing professional secretarial support through a range of duties to help progress client matters. There's a significant focus on managing audio dictation and word processing, having regular client/third party contact, diary and file management and other administrative duties. This is a full time position based onsite.
