SalaryRole: Legal SecretaryExperience: Prior 1 years as a Legal SecretaryLocation: WirralSalary: DOEWe are looking to recruit a proactive Legal Secretary who can provide support to Fee Earner and Partner in a busy Legal team in the Wirral area. You will join our established and leading Private Client team who act on a variety of matters, with a keen focus on assisting two senior fee earners on their administrative takes.The day to day duties of this role will include but not be limited to: Audio typing (Big Hand) Typing and drafting correspondence Amending documents Diary Management Booking meetings Assisting with and drafting bills Arranging and booking travel and accommodation Opening, maintaining and closing files Archiving files Updating and maintaining databases Scanning and preparing documentation General administration ie. filing, faxing, photocopying etcThe ideal candidate for this role will have a majority of the following skills and traits: Previous experience within a similar role as a Legal Secretary Excellent typing speeds Efficient diary management skills Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Excellent organisation skills Ability to work on own initiative Flexible, can do approach Team playerIf you may be interested in finding out more about this opportunity at this moment in time then be sure to apply with in and then Millie Ebbrell of Simpson Judge can be sure to get in touch in order to progress you application.
