Our client is a successful & established law firm located in Hertfordshire who are recruiting for a Legal Secretary with experience in residential conveyancing to join their dynamic and growing team.

Duties include:
* Supporting Fee Earners in all aspects of residential conveyancing
* Diary management and scheduling of meetings
* Email management, producing correspondence and business letters
* Drafting transfers, contracts, leases, certificates of title, sales documents, collating auction packs, producing invoices and preparing transfers of sale
* Preparing Land Registry and Stamp Duty applications
* Performing and reporting on Anti Money Laundering procedures and compliance
