A Legal Secretary is required for a Reading based national law firm that provides a wide range of legal services for over 25 years to businesses and individuals.
The Legal Secretary must have at least 3 years experience in Private Client and/or Family Law.
Tasks to include
- Providing assistance to the solicitors in all areas in Private Client and Family Law.
- Assisting with reception and incoming telephone calls, dealing with existing and potential new clients.
- Assisting with the secretarial functions of the practice, such as copying, scanning, dealing with post, typing, proof reading, etc.
- General administrative support tasks and duties, such as booking client meetings, contacting courts, time recording for fee earners, managing online diary, preparing bundles for court and other purposes etc.

- Salary range: £25,000 P.A.
