This highly respected law firm has an opening for a Family law Legal Secretary to join their brilliant secretarial team. Your role will be very varied and involve working as part of a friendly team of secretaries, supporting a group of lawyers. Your duties will include:
- Audio and copy typing
- Client care, taking initial details, booking in appointments
- Diary management
- Billing
Ideally you will have Family law and Legal Aid experience and an interest in family law, however legal secretaries from other departments are welcome to apply. You must have strong IT skills (MS Office Outlook, Excel and Word) and previous use of a Case Management System is desired.
