Our client, a centrally located firm who pride themselves on providing a high quality, responsive and tailored service, are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their respected Family team.
You will join a team of legal secretaries supporting fee earners with mixed Family caseloads; providing administrative support, including audio and copy typing, acting as the first point of contact for clients and assisting with the management of their day-to day workload.
Duties include:
- Administrative support: Manage diary, arrange meetings, travel, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- General assistance: Manage client interactions, oversee incoming communications, update client information, and provide assistance as needed drafting and filing documentation.
- Billing support: Assist fee earners with the billing process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
- Relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal contacts on behalf of the team.
- Financial reporting: Track expenses and maintain financial dashboards.
The role is fully office based, Monday to Friday from our clients’ offices in the heart of Sevenoaks, you are a short walk from the train station. Benefits include Free parking, Life insurance and pension.
Experience in family legal matters would be beneficial but not essential, providing strong secretarial experience in other areas of law can be demonstrated
