Day-to-day of the role:- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to our legal team, ensuring efficient operation.
- Manage and maintain client files, correspondence, and documentation with a high level of confidentiality.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for legal professionals.
- Prepare and process legal documents related to wills and probate, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, with a focus on Wills and Probate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new software as required.
- A proactive approach to work, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
