Our client, a well-respected regional law firm, are currently looking for a Legal Secretary to join their busy practice. The firm have multiple offices across the country, and this position will be based out of their Nottingham office.
The firm has earned a strong reputation in the local area over the years and are now looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join them and bolster their team, supporting the Solicitors with all admin and secretarial aspects of their caseload. The team and wider firm pride themselves on having a friendly, yet professional culture.
What does the opportunity consist of?
This firm are able to offer an opportunity for a Family Legal Secretary to join them and support the team. The successful candidate will work alongside a fee earners in the department, providing admin and secretarial support on all aspects of the files. This role would suit someone who enjoys the nature of the work that this role consists of, and is happy in this role for the foreseeable future.
The salary on offer is between £25,000-£27,500 per annum. The firm also offer an excellent remuneration package, benefits, holiday entitlement and working environment.
What's needed for me to be considered?
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience working in a law firm as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant
- You should have a good client manner and professional tone
- Willingness to learn and motivated to provide excellent communication skills
- Organised with good time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
