Our client, a growing law firm, are looking for a talented Legal Secretary to join the Real Estate Team in their Bristol officesupporting a busy team of fee earners, who support our clients by providing advice on a wide ranges of Commercial Property issues.
The role:
- Answering email and telephone queries, redirecting as appropriate to the necessary Fee Earner for review
- Producing letters, emails, and documents
- Diary management, ensuring appointments are accurately scheduled and catered for, this could include setting up telephone conferences or ensuring meeting rooms are booked for client visits.
- Ensuring electronic and/or paper files are updated to maintain an accurate and accessible document.
