We are always seeking highly organised and efficient Legal Secretaries to join our team on a temporary basis. These roles are ideal for individuals who are adaptable, professional, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced legal environment. As a temporary Legal Secretary, you will provide essential support to our clients legal teams, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
Day-to-day of the role:- Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents and correspondence with a high level of accuracy.
- Manage and organise schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and court dates.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and in compliance with legal standards.
- Assist with the preparation of court filings and maintain an organised filing system.
- Coordinate and follow up on deadlines and ensure that all legal documents are processed and filed in a timely manner.
- Operate standard office equipment and use required software applications to produce legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and reports.
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary.
- Familiarity with legal documents, terminology, and the legal process.
- Excellent typing skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
