Legal Secretary - Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence
Our well-established Guildford based client are looking for a new Legal Secretary within their Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence department. The ideal candidate will have Legal Secretary experience preferably within this area.
What will you be doing?
The role of Legal Secretary will include various administrative and secretarial duties, of which you will have existing experience with such as dealing with telephone enquiries, filing, documents, direct client support etc. in aid to assist fee earners in an efficient and organised manor in small team alongside other secretaries.
What skills will you have?
The successful candidate for the Legal Secretary role will have previous experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably within the Personal Injury/ Clinical Negligence area - although other areas will be considered should you prove to have a strong background and possess the following skills - outstanding I.T skills, fast typing, well organised ability to prioritise large workloads, a good telephone manor and impeccable administrative skills. Audio typing experience is important.
What is on Offer?
This fantastic full-time role, Monday - Friday 9-5, is offering a salary of £27000 - £30000 per annum depending on experience.
