Our client, a well-established local Legal firm, are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Personal Injury team based in Sandwich. The company pride themselves on a low staff turnover, so this is a rare and exciting opportunity to join the team!
Job Title: Legal Secretary - Personal Injury
Location: Sandwich, Kent
Salary Range: Up to £24,000 depending on experience
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Holiday Entitlement: 20 days for the first 2 years, increasing to 22 days in the third year, and then yearly increments up to 25+ bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide secretarial and admin support to fee earners
* Arrange appointments and manage diaries
* Deal with client enquiries
* Respond to client queries in a prompt and professional manner
* Prepare correspondence and documents through audio dictations
* Undertake general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and file management
* Answer calls and greet clients with a welcoming demeanour
* Liaise with fee earners on file management and other tasks as required
Requirements:
* Previous experience ideally within Personal Injury or clinical negligence
* Proficient in audio dictation and document preparation
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
