Our client, a wonderful firm in the heart of Tunbridge Wells, is giving you the opportunity to join a wonderful team of dedicated staff as a Private ClientLegal Secretary for a 10 month contract!
Duties:
- Answer phone calls, with a professional manner assisting each person wherever possible.
- Scanning, filing, organising documents.
- Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch.
- Engross wills and other documents.
- Draft documents.
- Act as a first point of contact for clients and individuals.
Who you are:
- Dedicated, hard working professional.
- Experience working in a legal setting (preferred).
- Strong administrative and communicative skills.
- Schedule meetings, and preparing meeting rooms.
