They are looking for a Legal Secretary to join their Private Client team. This individual will be responsible for supporting fee earners within the team with secretarial duties, including but not limited to:
- Typing and dictation.
- Writing and completing relevant documentation.
- Diary management for dedicated fee earners.
- Fielding calls coming into the department.
- Working one-on-one with a fee earner and assisting them with their caseloads.
- Communicating with clients in person, over the phone and over email.
- Taking charge of cases in the fee earners absence.
