Full time, contract role (maternity cover until October 2024)

A Tunbridge Wells based law firm are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Private Client team on an 8-month contract. The ideal candidate will have at least 18 months experience working in a Legal Secretary role and have had some exposure within a Private Client team.

Main responsibilities

• Answering calls, taking clear and precise messages and passing on to the relevant fee earner
• Administration to include daily filing, responsibility for client files, photocopying, scanning, preparing mail and enclosures, and arranging client visits.
• Arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and coordinating your fee-earners calendar.
• To assist with drafting documents such as LPoA's.
• Ensure the confidentiality of all the firm's and client documentation and information.

About you

• You will be proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel and other packages that may be relevant to the role
• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary
• You must possess a high level of organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to priories tasks.
• You will be positive and professional

This is a full-time role and hybrid working will be considered.

Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 DOE
