Legal Secretary - Real Estate

Legal Secretary - Commercial PropertyChatham or Canterbury (travel between the offices will be required at least once a week)

A leading and highly regarded law firm in the Southeast are currently looking to recruit a Legal Secretary to join their Commercial Property team. The firm have one of the largest and best commercial property departments in Kent.

The central duties of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Dealing with incoming post and emails.
• Scanning, printing and copying of documents.
• Audio typing.
• Use and maintenance of an electronic filing system.
• Taking telephone calls incoming to the department - this will include gatekeeping, passing messages on and dealing with queries.

They are looking for someone with prior Legal Secretary experience, working within a Real Estate team. Hybrid working (2 days a week) available after initial settling in period.
