The ideal candidate will possess strong audio typing and Microsoft Office skills, demonstrate excellent client care, and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a busy law firm environment.

Description
Client Interaction:
- Attend to clients and members of the public both on the telephone and within the firm.
- Handle existing and new client inquiries.
Administrative Tasks:
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and organising files.
- Utilise fast and accurate audio typing skills for typing letters and other legal documents.
Diary Management:
- Manage diaries for Fee Earners within the firm.
Document Management:
- Use legal case management systems efficiently.
- Upload documents on various portals.
Financial Transactions:
- Take payments, handle cash, and issue invoices.
Office Management:
- Attend to miscellaneous office tasks, including maintaining office space and office supplies.

- Exhibit excellent IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrate strong client care skills and the ability to prioritise and organise work effectively.

Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in an Immigration law environment.
- Ability to communicate in Urdu/Hindi.
- Knowledge of MS Sharepoint and XERO accountancy software (considered a bonus).
