Legal Secretary - Wills & Probate Team - OxfordA Oxford based Solicitors practice are looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to their private client team.The private client team of this firm deals with a range of matters including things such as wills, probate, LPAs, tax and trust planning. Experience of working as a Legal Secretary would be desirable but not essential, providing strong secretarial experience in other areas can be demonstrated.Duties within this role may include things such as:-

• Dealing with the opening and closing of files and initial enquiries into the team
• Audio typing.
• Diary Management
• Producing relevant letters, documents and other correspondence.
• Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls to provide updates to relevant parties and chase things up where necessary.
• Dealing with incoming documents and scanning relevant documents onto case management system.
• General administrative duties to assist in the smooth day to day running of the team.

The salary for this role will be based on experience up to around the £30K region this will be part of a good overall package within a firm who truly look after their people.
