SalaryOur client, a successful, award winning and independent client law firm based in Oxford, is seeking a Part Time Legal Secretary to join their expanding, small, friendly and busy team.
What's On Offer:

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing e-bundles for court and mediation using online bundling documentation
- Liaising with new clients over Zoom and the telephone
- Day to day typing of letters, memoranda, monthly reports, bills, file notes, etc.
- Answering the switchboard; transferring calls
- Attending clients and visitors where necessary
- Creating and amending legal documents and standard forms
- Adding, updating and maintaining documents on the case management system
- Photocopying, scanning and document collation
- Diary management to include arranging meeting and appointments
- Organising travel arrangements
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a legal environment, preferably as a Legal Secretary an advantage but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Good computer literacy
- Strong communication skills
