Salary Our client, based in Northamptonshire are seeking a highly organised full-time Legal Secretary to join the Wills, Trusts, Probate and administration of Estates team. Duties will involve providing secretarial support to the Private Client solicitors. This will include:
* Organising meetings and appointments for team members
* Engaging with clients to keep them up to date with matters as and when required
* Audio typing, document production and amending existing documents in a timely and accurate way
* Liaising with the firm’s Marketing team to arrange marketing events
* File administration
Candidates must have the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines under minimal supervision. You will be a team player who is prepared to pitch in and help other team members as and when required. Excellent IT skills are essential. Previous experience of working in a Private Client team is preferable, but not essential.
