The role:
This role will see you using your organised and proactive approach to work, high attention to detail and previous experience of providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support.
Duties will include
- General secretarial duties including taking calls, typing letters, attendance notes
- Drafting documents for review
- Handling and assisting with general Administration tasks including contacting clients
- Raising bills on the company's behalf and credit control follow up
- Building strong relationships and communicating with clients and third parties
- Onboarding clients
Hours and benefits:
- Monday to Friday, 9 - 5.30 with an hour for lunch
- 25.5 days plus bank holidays, holiday buying (up to 5 days)
