Legal Secretary

An impressive professional services company based in Bury St Edmunds is recruiting a Legal Secretary.

Your new role
You will be supporting fee earners with all aspects of legal secretarial support. You will be joining an existing and experienced team of secretaries. Duties will include but not limited to:
?? Preparation, checking and proofreading correspondence.
?? Typing and completing legal forms and setting up legal forms from a precedent.
?? Taking accurate telephone messages for your fee earner.
?? Diary management for fee earners booking appointments on Outlook.
?? Maintaining client files.
?? General office admin, including photocopying and filing.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this job you will need extensive secretarial experience, ideally legal or professional services secretarial experience, together with great communication skills and the ability to manage your own workload. You will need to be proficient in the Microsoft packages.
