The firm has earned a strong reputation in the local area over the years and are now looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join them and bolster their team, supporting all departments by dealing with document production, cross referencing and track changes. The team and wider firm pride themselves on having a friendly, yet professional culture.
What does the opportunity consist of?
Due to an expansion purposes, this firm are able to offer an opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join their Central Services Unit, taking on a senior position and be an integral part of the team. The successful candidate will work heavily on document production, cross referencing and track changes, so it's essential you have strong experience in this area. This role would suit someone who enjoys the role of a Legal Secretary and is looking to join a professional firm with a family-feel culture.
The salary on offer is between £26,000-£30,000 per annum and the role is hybrid after the initial onboarding period, allowing 2 days per week from home. The firm also offer 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme and annual bonus scheme.
What's needed for me to be considered?
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience working in a law firm as a Legal Secretary, specifically dealing with document production, cross referencing and track changes (essential)
- You should have a good client manner and professional yet empathetic tone
- Fast and efficient work ethic and able to work to tight deadlines
- Organised with good time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
