You will have a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar admin/office support role within professional services. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, alongside an eagerness to learn and develop

The Role:
- Provide Administration Assistance to the company, including the Practice Manager and supporting the wider fee earners
- Printing, scanning, filing and binding documents
- Add Business cards to contacts in Outlook
- Assist in the onboarding process
- Dial into meeting on Teams
- Make sure printers are working and stacked with paper
- Book internal meeting rooms
- Arrange for Couriers
- Assist Business teams with archiving and retrieval of documents
- Cover reception when needed
- Upload receipts to Concur
- Keep files of key contacts up to date and accurate at all times
- 6 months minimum experience within a similar office support/admin role
- Proficient use of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive and able to use own initiative
- Flexible and adaptable
- Good attention to detail
- Driven and eager to learn
