A great new permanent job opportunity based in the London office for a Senior LegalTechor Legal Knowledge specialist with experience of High Q to join the Legal Tech Solutions team which is responsible for the promotion, support and further development of LegalTech tools globally. Hybrid working model in place.
The LegalTech solutions include management of the firm's client collaboration and project management platforms, workflow, document automation and AI contract review tools and the intranet.
This LegalTech job role involves liaison with people at all levels within the firm across all offices and on occasion with clients. Excellent interpersonal skills are needed, as you will help to raise awareness of existing tech products across the firm.
Key job responsibilities will include:
- Assess which of the firm’s tech products meets therequirements, advise on options, and build out products
- Having an in-depth knowledge of and experience with using client portals, data rooms, AI contract review and automation tools, such as HighQ, Luminance, Bryter and Microsoft Power Apps
- Present to clients on pitches showcasing LegalTech tools, and give demos on products
- Ensure appropriate training and materials in place to allow users to fully exploit tools
- Manage the testing and implementation of HighQ upgrades
Review of processes and policies - liaising with the Risk and InfoSec teams as necessary to ensure policies relating to use of systems
Key Job Requirements and Person Specification:
- Familiar with HighQ Collaborate
- Some familiarity with data rooms, AI contract review or automation tools, such as Luminance, Bryeter etc. is desirable
- Website or intranet/extranet administration experience, such as SharePoint is also desirable
- 5 years’ experience of commercial environment, ideally within a law firm or other professional services firm.
