THIS IS A FIELD ROLE, COVERING LONDON. A COMPANY VAN/CAR WILL BE PROVIDED AS WELL AS A FUEL CARD.
Position Objective:
- Conduct Legionella Risk Assessments and provide Legionella control consultancy adhering to COSHH regulations, ACoP L8, HTM 04-01, and BS 8580-1:2019.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Legionella risk assessments, preferably from a Legionella Consultancy background.
- Desirable experience across various sectors (e.g., education, healthcare, commercial).
- Desirable experience with different water system types (e.g., evaporative cooling, hot and cold water systems, spas and hot tubs, swimming pools).
- Hold an approved Legionella Risk Assessment qualification (e.g., City & Guilds, BOHS, WMSoc).
- Proficiency in ACoP L8, HTM 04-01, and other relevant guidance documents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluency in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Legionella risk assessments aligned with COSHH regulations, ACoP L8, HTM 04-01, BS 8580-1:2019.
- Create schematic drawings and final documents for clients.
- Provide recommendations for risk elimination, reduction, and management.
- Compile comprehensive reports and attend client meetings to discuss findings.

Desirable but not essential:
- Experience in Indoor Air Quality.
- Familiarity with other pathogens such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa and E-coli.
