The amusement park is also commutable from Chichester and Worthing as there is free on site parking. You will have 29 days worth of Holiday including Christmas to ensure a great work-life balance . It's a 5 day working week with a 6th day possibly being required during school holidays. The average hours are 8.30/9am- 6pm. Sundays off between October to March.
We are looking for someone with managerial experience that can lead and recruit a team of ride operators ,whilst creating and managing rotas . The role will include helping customers and dealing with queries and complaints. Maintaining health and safety for all rides. During peak summer months the theme park will be much busy meaning you may be required to cover any roles under your supervision in the event of staff absence. You will be expected to lead your team by example with great customer service and by driving sales.
This job is all about the guests having fun so we are looking for an outgoing sociable person that can lead their team by example delivery a great customer service and help drive sales. An understanding of the Leisure and/or hospitality sectors is important for this role. Experience in a fast paced customer facing environment with supervising/managing role will help you excel in this role.
