Lettings Administrator

Are you someone who enjoys problem solving ? Are you enthusiastic and do you have excellent communication skills, both written, in person and on the telephone ? Would you like to join our close knit lettings team working with both Tenants and Landlords ? You will be involved on a daily basis with all aspects of our lettings process including using our bespoke database, reporting and resolving maintenance issues, property inspections, creating legal documentation and helping our new and existing tenants and landlords through the rental process. We are looking for an individual to work 5 days a week, 9am to 5pm, this will include working every other Saturday. Previous experience in administration and customer service is essential. We will also require a car owner as a car will be required when visiting properties.
