SalaryAdecco are proud to be working with a well established company who are seeking a Customer Services agent with Property lettings or property sales experience to join their expanding team.
Location: Southend on Sea
Salary: 11.00 per hour
Working days:Working hours - Monday to Friday 9:00 to 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch break
Duration of contract: Temporary to Permanent
Job Role:
- Composing emails to inform clients about an outstanding account
- Answering phone calls from Loss adjusters
- Telephoning Loss adjusters and determining why payments remain outstanding
- Experience with servicing court orders to recover outstanding payments, in some cases would be ideal (not essential)
- Must be confident using the telephone
- We are looking for candidates that have experience working within property lettings or sales for this role.
The role is to to provide a first class Customer Service to all our Customers and consistently delivering high levels of customer service for this very busy role.
