A well established letting agency are looking for a Lettings Administrator to join their team.
The duties:
- Registering new applicants. Matching criteria to suit landlord and property requirements.
- Booking Viewings / carrying them out when required
- Collate all required legal documents from client / applicants / tenants / property.
- Manage and maintain system in full.
- Liaising with landlords and tenants if required for maintenance issues.
- Manage and maintain process of tenancy preparation up to start date.
- Manage maintain annual renewal legal documents in a timely manner.
- Orchestrate quarterly inspections process from start to finish
The Right person:
- Computer literate
- Must be a Driver
- Great Customer service skills
- Previous lettings experiences is a bonus
- Previous Admin experience is a must
- Ability to multitask
Hours:
Mon-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-4pm
The role may include Saturday working, if so, a day off in the week will be exchanged.
