As a Lettings Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the rental process from start to finish. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and ensuring that they are efficiently marketed, let, and managed in accordance with company policies and industry regulations. Your primary duties will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review tenancy agreements and associated paperwork, ensuring compliance with pertinent legislation and company protocols.
- Maintain meticulous records of all lease agreements, payments, and communications for accuracy and transparency.
- Address tenant inquiries and maintenance requests promptly and efficiently, prioritising tenant satisfaction.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and industry peers to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Promptly respond to prospective tenant inquiries and arrange property viewings as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management or related field is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, capable of handling multiple responsibilities effectively.
