Lettings Director

Salary: Approx. £60k - £70k dependent on experience, + pension & 30 days holiday per year
Contract: Full- time, Permanent
Location: East London, office-based with some requirement for travel

Our client ae excited to announce that a new social enterprise lettings agency, is launching very soon in East London and they are on the hunt for a Lettings Director to help them bring care and responsibility to the Private Rental Sector.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

• Implementing vision and company strategy
• Embedding company culture and values
• Overseeing all company operations and performance against business plan
• External communications and relationships
• Board reporting and relationships
• Internal and external corporate governance
