A rare opportunity for a Lettings Manager to join a progressive, forward-thinking Estate Agent at their office in Swindon.

My client is full focused on growth and have developed a superb reputation locally for their modern twist to Estate Agency. They are looking for a driven Lettings Manager who can both oversee a small team and drive the department forward. 

Lettings Manager – Benefits  

• £28,000 - £35,000 basic salary DOE
• Healthy commission split on top of salary
• Funded team events

Lettings Manager – Duties  

• Drive revenue and look for new and innovative ways to increase overall lettings business 
• Attending and instructing lettings valuations 
• Overseeing an extensive portfolio of properties ensuring compliance and efficient management 
• Oversight of onboarding new stock 
• Anticipate business needs and adapt accordingly 
• Fostering a positive culture, motivating and leading your team from the front 
• Cultivating and nurturing long lasting relationships with landlords and key stake holders 
• Management of escalation with tenants and landlords 
• Reporting on profit and loss and forecasting
• Engaging in strategic conversations with the wider management team

Lettings Manager – Experience Needed 

• Previous experience as a Lettings Manager or Assistant Lettings Manager
• ARLA qualified or equivalent ideally 
• Confident valuer and new business driven
• Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented
• Man management experience
• Proven track record in driving business forward and managing risk
• Some Property Management experience essential
• Excellent knowledge of the lettings process
• Able to motivate, manage, and lead by example
