A fantastic chance has presented itself for a Lettings Property Manager to join our client's team and assist with overseeing their growing property portfolio.

As a Lettings Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all properties under your supervision are in accordance with all applicable regulations.

Salary: A salary between £24,000 and £27,500 - Depending on experience (+Commission)

Hours: 8:45am to 5:30pm - Monday to Friday

Location: Swindon, SN1

Requirements:

• Previous experience in property or lettings management is beneficial, however all candidates will be considered
• Good administrative background
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including the Landlord and Tenant Act and Health and Safety regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage a busy workload and work under pressure
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Customer-friendly telephone manner
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Full driving license and access to a vehicle

Key Responsibilities include:

• Manage a portfolio of properties
• Conduct property inspections ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard
• Negotiate renewal tenancy agreements with landlords & tenants including Rent Increases
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure maintenance issues are resolved promptly and to a high standard
• Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met, including compliance with relevant health and safety and fire safety regulations
• Act as the primary point of contact for all tenants, dealing with enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
