Our clients are extremely successful, well-established, and highly respected Estate Agencies in Manchester looking for a results-driven and experienced Lettings Manager to join their thriving branch. They are looking for an individual who has a proven track record and is highly driven.
Working hours:
- Monday - Thursday 9.00 -5:30,
- Friday 9.00 - 17:00
- 1 in 3 Saturdays 10.00-16.00
The successful Lettings Manager will be offered:
- Basic £40,000 - £50,000
- OTE up to £65,000
- Parking
To be considered for the Lettings Manager role you must have the following:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Lettings Manager
- Excellent Leadership skills
- Target driven individual.
- Ability to create and action Business plans
- Strong computer skills
- Full Drivers Licence
- Brilliant Rapport building skills
- Knowledgeable, driven, and Positive individual
- Full clean UK driving license.
As a Lettings Manager, your role will involve:
- Conducting daily Lettings Team meetings
- Supporting the team in achieving/ exceeding set KPI’s
- Achieving/ exceeding personal KPI’s
- Building and maintaining excellent rapport with Landlords and Tenants
- Negotiating and agreeing new Tenancies
- Keeping up to date with compliance and Safety regulations, ensuring the Lettings team remains knowledgeable also.
- Upkeeping team morale to encourage top performance.
- Helping drive the business forward.
- Staff training and development.
- To nurture and develop new business opportunities.
- Marketing
