Lettings Negotiator
Location: Leeds, Yorkshire
Salary: £21k - £25k (DOE) + Excellent Benefits
Full - Time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
The Client:
Our client is a well-established property rental agency, dedicated to offering good quality homes for all types of tenants.
The Role:
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be reporting to Letting Manager managing, handling viewings, payments, and applications.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain website portals, amend content, and create online adverts.
* Manage diaries, appointments, and inventories for yourself and the team.
* Respond promptly to property inquiries, guiding tenants through the letting process.
* Build strong relationships with prospective tenants, fostering business retention.
* Maximise conversion of inquiries and viewings into confirmed tenancy agreements.
* Negotiate tenancy terms in line with company policies.
* Compile detailed and accurate tenancy agreements and rent breakdowns.
* Complete inspection reports and property inventories as required.
* Identify and report property maintenance issues.
Requirements:
* Previously worked as a Lettings Negotiator or in a similar role.
* Previous customer service experience.
* Possess GCSE-level education.
* Prior experience in the lettings sector.

* Skilled in IT (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
* Valid driving licence.
